Manage your subscription
Cancel Throughwire, update payment details, change your email, and manage subscription settings from the account dashboard.
Your subscription and payment details live on the account dashboard. Sign in from the link in the header at throughwire.net.
Cancel
Open the Subscription card on the dashboard and click Cancel. Auto-renew stops. You keep access through the end of the billing period you've already paid for, then the plan ends and won't charge again.
Update your payment method
Open Subscription → Update payment method, enter the new card, save. Card data is collected directly by Stripe; we never see or store the full number. The next renewal goes to the new card.
Change your email
Open Account → Change email. We send a confirmation link to the new address. The change takes effect when you click it.
Delete your account entirely
Write to us through the contact form. We verify your identity, delete the account record within sixty days, and confirm in writing.
