Managing your account and subscription
Update your plan, payment method, billing details, or cancel anytime from the dashboard.
Everything about your subscription is managed from the account dashboard. You can reach it from the Sign in link in the header.
Changing your plan
From the dashboard, open the Plan tab. You can upgrade or downgrade between Personal tiers at any time. The change takes effect immediately, and your next invoice is prorated.
Updating your payment method
Open the Billing tab and click Update payment method. Card data is collected directly by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
Updating your email
Open the Account tab and click Change email. We send a confirmation link to the new address. The change is effective once you click it.
Cancelling
From the Plan tab, click Cancel subscription. You keep access until the end of the current billing period, and the days you have not used are refunded as described in our terms of service.
Deleting your account
If you want us to remove your account entirely, contact us. We will verify your identity, delete your account record within sixty days, and confirm in writing.
