Installing the app and connecting
What to install on each device, and how to paste your subscription link to get connected.
Throughwire isn't a single proprietary app. It's a network you connect to using a free, open-source client called Hiddify. Same three steps on every platform.
Step 1: Install Hiddify

If your App Store region hides Hiddify, the direct download from hiddify.com works on every desktop platform.
Step 2: Copy your subscription link
Sign in at throughwire.net. The dashboard shows a subscription link unique to your account, starting with https://. Copy it.
Treat it like a password. Anyone who has the link can use your bandwidth.
Step 3: Paste into Hiddify and connect
Open Hiddify. Tap the + button at the top, paste the link, confirm. The profile appears in the list. Tap Connect (or the big power button) and you're online.
If Hiddify gives you trouble
Hiddify is the easiest to set up, but it can be flaky on desktop. The same subscription link works in:
- V2Box (Mac App Store). Stable on macOS.
- v2rayN (Windows). Stable on Windows.
- Shadowrocket (iOS). Paid, but very reliable.
Copy the same link from your dashboard, paste it in, connect. Same result.
