Using Throughwire on multiple devices
How device limits work across plans, and what to do if you reach them.
Each plan covers a number of simultaneously connected devices.

A device counts as connected from the moment it authenticates until it disconnects or remains idle for thirty minutes.
Adding a device
Open the app on the new device, sign in with your account email, and tap connect. The new device appears in your account dashboard immediately.
When you hit the limit
If you try to connect a fourth device on a Personal plan, you will see a clear message telling you which devices are currently active. From the dashboard you can sign any of them out remotely and connect the new one.
Sharing an account
Personal plans are for one person. If multiple people in the same household need access, the cleanest path is the Team plan, which gives each person their own login and the company a single bill.
